I’ve decided to hire you as my painting contractor. What is the next step?

You’ve made a great decision in hiring us as your painting contractor! The next step is to open the proposal we’ve sent you and click on the accept button in the upper left-hand corner. From there, you can e-sign the proposal. You’ll receive follow-up emails regarding color consultation, the deposit, and the next steps for your project.

Who will be there to answer questions or address concerns I may have throughout the project?

Throughout the project, you can reach out to either me or a dedicated project manager. We’ll be on-site when the job starts and you can contact us via text, email, or phone call – whichever is most convenient for you.

Can I leave my home while your painting crew works?

Feel free to leave your home while our painting crew is working. Many homeowners even take vacations while we’re painting, so it’s not necessary for you to be present. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire painting process. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all of our clients have a stress-free experience and are completely satisfied with the end result.

What hours does your crew work?

Our crew typically works Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm for both exterior and interior projects. Sometimes, we may need to work on Saturdays to finish up, but we’ll communicate with you beforehand if that’s the case.

What if I want to change something about the job, or add additional work to the scope of the contract?

If you have any changes or additional work you’d like to discuss, simply let us know and we’ll accommodate your requests. We aim to provide flexibility and make the painting process as smooth as possible for you.

Do I need to move everything out of the room before you paint?

When it comes to moving items before painting, our team is happy to help with moving beds, dressers, nightstands, and taking down blinds. However, we kindly ask that you remove electronics, fragile items, and artwork from the walls. We also take special care to protect your furniture, floors, and other belongings while we work. We use drop cloths, plastic sheeting, and painter’s tape to ensure that everything is covered and protected. Once the project is complete, we’ll clean up our work area and dispose of any materials or debris. We want to leave your home even better than we found it! We’ll go over this in more detail before the project starts.
